Certificate of Eligibility

Before registering for the QLTT, candidates must obtain a certificate of eligibility directly from the SRA. A candidate cannot appear in the Test without producing a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility.

Course(s) may be booked without obtaining a Certificate of Eligibility. The certificate will confirm which Heads candidates are required to take. Please note that eligibility to sit the test, and any further exemptions from sitting any part of the test, are matters that are dealt with solely by the SRA. The certificate will be valid for three years from the date of issue. The certificate can take approximately eight weeks to process, therefore early applications are advised. Application to FLE

Enrolment onto the Test(s)

• Once in receipt of a Certificate of Eligibility from the SRA, candidates must make a separate application to FLE to register for the Test. Please note, a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility must be provided to FLE when applying to take the test.

• The registration fee is compulsory to appear for the test(s) and allows candidates to sit the test over three consecutive sittings (first sitting and two re-sits). Thereafter, a further registration fee is payable. A separate re-sit fee is payable for each re-sit the candidate sits. The Registration Fee is non refundable and non transferable.

Note: To ensure candidates are able to sit the Test and / or course(s), early applications are advised.
