Transfer/Cancellation Procedures

Ques: What happens if FLE cancel/transfer test/course?
 
Ans:   In the unlikely event if the FLE has to cancel a Course or a Test
          the candidates will be notified in advance and offered new dates.
         Alternatively, candidates can request a reimbursement of
         Course/Test fee only.
 
Ques: What happens if a candidate wishes to cancel/transfer
          test/course?
 

Ans:   Test/Course (s) may be cancelled or deferred to the following
          sitting provided we receive written notification. The administration
          charge levied varies depending on when written notice is received:

  • 20 working days before the test/course to which the notice relates – Rs. 2,000.00

  • 10-19 working days prior to the test/course - Rs. 4,000.00

  • LESS THAN 10 working days before the test/course, or failure by a candidate to attend the test/course - full fees will be forfeited.
Ques: Can the fee for the test and/or course be carried over to the
          next sitting?
 
Ans:   Fee for the Test and courses can only be carried over once and
         only to the next sitting only. After this a new application must be
         made.
