| Ques: What happens if I pass
the Tests? |

Ans: Once an Indian lawyer has successfully completed the
QLTT,
he/she
will be able to apply for admission to the Roll of Solicitors
of the
Supreme Court of England & Wales. This entitles an Indian
lawyer
to have full rights to practice as a Solicitor in England &
Wales
(subject to the SRA requirements). |

| Ques: What happens if I fail
the Tests? |
| |
Ans: You can re-sit the
test(s). The initial registration fee allows the
candidates to sit the test over three consecutive sittings (First
sitting
& 2 Re-sits). Thereafter a further registration fee is payable.
A
separate re-sit fee is payable for each re-sit the candidate sits.
The Registration Fee is non refundable and non transferable.
FLE registered candidates can re-sit the QLTT - Head III in
the UK with CLT and CLT registered candidate can re-sit
the QLTT- Head III in New Delhi and Mumbai with FLE
Legal Education.

| Ques: When will I receive
the QLTT Examination results? |

Ans: The results will be posted out to candidates within 40 working
days of the test(s) date. |
