| Ques: What are the benefits of
QLTT? |
| |
|
Ans: As an Indian advocate,
securing this prestigious qualification will
greatly
enhance your professional status. Advocates with dual
qualifications will not only enhance their own career
opportunities
but will be able to offer more
comprehensive services to their
clients. After
enrolling with the Indian Bar Council and other
jurisdictions throughout world advocates and their firms can handle
the international cases by themselves
rather than hiring any Foreign
Council. It will also
be helpful in increasing referrals to their firm as
clients will refer them to handle their cross border
matters.
