Ques: How do I enrol for Test(s)?

Ans:   You are required to complete the current version of the application
          form and submit the same to FLE offices together with full
          payment and a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility.

  • Once in receipt of a Certificate of Eligibility from the SRA, candidates must make a separate application to FLE to register for the Test. Please note, a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility must be provided to FLE when applying to take the test.

  • The registration fee is compulsory in order to sit for the test(s) and allows candidates to sit the test over three consecutive sittings (First sitting & 2 Re-sits). Thereafter, a further registration fee is payable. A separate re-sit fee is payable for each re-sit the candidate sits. The Registration Fee is non refundable and non transferable.
Ques: How do I enrol for course(s)?
 
Ans:   FLE require a completed application booking form and full
          payment.
 
Ques: What is the mode of payment?
  
Ans:    Test/Course Fee is payable by Demand Draft in the name of ‘FLE
           Legal Education-Client Account’ payable at ‘Chandigarh’.            International candidates can also make the fee payment through            Telegraphic Transfer (in INR).  For further information please            contact FLE office. FLE doesn’t accept payment by cheque,            cash, credit card or any other means. For current fee structure,            please visit our website.

 
Ques: What is the deadline to enrol for the QLTT Test(s)?

Ans:    The closing date to register for a QLTT test(s) is 21 working days
           before the test commencement date.
 
Ques: What is the deadline to enrol for the QLTT Course(s)?
 
Ans:    The closing date for registration onto QLTT course(s) is 7 working
           days before the commencement of the course(s).
 
Ques: Is it compulsory to pay the Registration Fee to appear for the
          Head III – Professional Conduct & Accounts or Head IV –
          Principles of Common Law test?
 
Ans:   Yes, the Registration Fee of Rs 20,500.00 is compulsory to appear
          for Head III & Head IV test(s). It allows candidates to sit the
          examinations over three consecutive sittings. (First sitting and two
          Re-sits). Thereafter, a further registration fee is payable. A
          separate re-sit fee is payable for each re-sit the candidate sits. The
          Registration Fee is non refundable and non transferable.

But if you are enrolling for the Course(s) or Distance Learning Programme, you are not required to pay the Registration Fee.
Ques: Can I pay Test Fee without paying the Registration Fee?

 

Ans:    To get registered with FLE you have to pay the Test Fee along
           with the Registration Fee. But in case of Re-sits, a candidate has
           to pay only the re-sit Fee. The Registration Fee is non refundable
           and non transferable.
